OK.... ladies and gents, made it through the first big hurdle. Going to go to the grocery store when I get off work at 1:45. Excited.

How was everyone's holiday??

Hugs,
Cari

The holiday was awesome for me. I got my house well and truly in order and clean! I decluttered and donated. Got some pretty new jewelry boxes and an early Christmas present a Fitbit!! Well rested and well organized.

This was the first holiday EVER where I felt like a normal human being. I had a lovely dinner AND pie but I did not overeat. In fact, now I am at 26.2 lbs DOWN.

Tomorrow I go for my first band fill and enter what they call the active weight loss phase, very exciting.

Julie, I love hearing this amazing turn of things for you!!!

Cari, I love hearing the positivity in your "voice" here!

Lise, Wishing you patience through this trial.

All, We boycotted the holiday here...made a pork roast, and a ton of banana bread. Did absolutely nothing. Barely even wished each other the holiday. I had one person contact me to wish me happy...he had none. It was sad, but the life of grown ups, I suppose. At least we had each other.
