Dec 2 Goals

Guess I'm first today. My goals are:
1) Workout in the morning (already failed at this one, but I have a new plan to run home)
2) Go to spinning and run home (as mentioned above!)
3) Bring lunch (done)
4) Stay within or ideally about 100 calories below goal (bit of a makeup for the weekend)
5) Stop stressing over stupid stuff and stop procrastinating
I did well on my goals from yesterday, so am feeling like things are largely back to normal.

I did good with my yesterday goals and finally lost 1.5 pound! Yay! I didn't have time to do everything on my list (I did the pictures thing, and started with the laundry pile, but I still have to do my countdown to Christmas plan).
Goals for today, almost similar as yesterday:
1) Log accurately and weight everything I can
2) Exercise (45 minutes aerobics)
3) Cook a big pot of something for dinner, so we will have leftovers for tomorrow and thursday, because we are eating out tomorrow night
And things to do tonight
1) Make my homemade limoncello so it will be ready just in time for Christmas Eve
2) Countdown to Christmas plan0 -
I ate about 200 calories over yesterday, but I don't think that's horrible. I won't be exercising today either.
1. Stay within calories, eat healthy (nicely planned out)
2. get enough sleep0 -
I've been sick for a few days, which is quite unusual for me, and was generally off target for most of last month in the form of heavy snacking and skipping some days of exercising. Sure hope this month to turn it around, even with all the celebrating that lies ahead. I know I can do it. I'd so love to enter 2015 weighing 145 or less. I've been there but lately just seem to hover around 147-149. Good grief, Charlie Brown!
So, for today:
1. Stay within calories, and leave at least 200 exercise calories just stewing there
2. Drink a gallon of water (well on the way to that goal)
3. Cycle for 60 minutes and hit at least 17 miles in that time (last night only 16.2 miles - gotta pedal faster!)
4. Finish sketches for two stockings and design lettering (lemurcat, this is my "stupid stuff" that I am procrastinating on. Silly me!)
5. Finish reading my book!
