Flashing lights?

When I double tap my Flex today there are two alternating lights that flash. I have searched the Fitbit Site but can't figure out what the alternating lights mean. Does anyone know?
I thought maybe it meant that it needs to be charged but it is over half charged.

Double tap will show you how far you've come in your goals. 1 light is 20% if I'm not mistaken.0

I think it means you are in sleep mode...from the website...
Once you are in bed and ready to fall asleep, tap your Flex rapidly for one to two seconds.
Your Flex will vibrate and display two slowly dimming lights to indicate that you have entered sleep mode. When your Flex is in sleep mode, goal progress will not be displayed if you double-tap. Instead, your Flex will alternate two blinking lights back-and-forth to indicate that you are currently in sleep mode.
When you wake up, tap your Flex rapidly for one to two seconds to exit sleep mode.
Once you exit sleep mode, your Flex will vibrate and flash all five LED indicator lights three times and then display a spinning light pattern. When your Flex syncs with your account, you will be able to view your sleep stats on the dashboard.0 -
Yeah, it's tracking sleep/activity. Sometimes I accidentally set it off, or this morning didn't stop sleep mode until half an hour after I woke up.0

Just FYI --- sleep mode tracker results are quite enlightening if you have trouble sleeping; useful for your doctor too.0
