Balancedwalker I hope you are doing better!
Yesterday was a simple but rewarding day for me: cleaning the bathroom and kitchen in a matter of hours without breaking a sweat was a nice reminder of how far I've come.
Today I plan on going to the gym, finally getting groceries and staying in caloric deficit.
Let's all be good today, take care of ourselves, push hard but within our limits, and just enjoy the simple things in life!

Yesterday was ok. I hit my calorie goal but not my steps. It was a rest day, so I can't really mess up that goal.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. P90X: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X0 -

Hope everyone is doing okay. Even though I haven't been posting on the forum since the 60% time weigh in, I have been working at keeping the pace towards my goal.
Last week I decided to up my calories since I reach the "10lb to goal mark" to help prepare for maintenance. I also figured that would help with the holidays approaching as well when I typically work with a "maintain, don't gain" perspective. So I'll keep at this new mark until the beginning of the year and then adjust based upon where I'm at.
I have been able to keep up with 3x week jogs of 2.5 miles and pretty soon I'll be upping the length to 3 miles. I do need to get back to my strength training so will set that as a goal for the rest of the challenge (3x per week).

Yesterday was good, until the commute home which due to an accident on the freeway went from being 45 mins to 2 hrs and 10 mins. So got home hungry, cranky and late and ate more than I should have, didn't get on treadmill and it just went downhill. However today I was up and did 30 mins on the treadmill before work and have boot camp tonight. So far calorie count is on point and my water is up, so hopefully today will continue in the positive vein. On track for my goal.0
