Dec. 4th goals

Three weeks left before Christmas. I need to jump in the bandwagon soon, because I'm hosting the Christmas eve party this year. And probably the New Years Eve too. Lots of food to plan and cook, and the house still needs to be dressed up for the circumstances.
As for my yesterday goals, I did ok but didn't reach them all. I had two delicious half-glass of wine at the wine bar, which was a good way to have only one glass in the end without feeling deprived, and I made fairly good choices at the izakaya (salmon sashimi? yum! spicy scallop maki? yum! sea urchin? YUM!), but I ended up eating at least one piece of sweet potato tempura (and my goal was to avoid fried food). Oh well.
Husband bought tickets for The Book of Mormon that is in tour in Montreal right now, so we went to see the play and it was AMAZING. So funny, and still a great muscial with all the classics tropes I love. Good show!
No water weight gain this morning, which is nice because japanese food is usually quite salty. I'm probably expecting another small loss before the end of the week.
Today's goals:
1) Log accurately and try to create a small deficit (100 cals) to compensate for yesterday indulgence.
2) Get a good workout, earlier in the day (I should probably try to exercise before cooking dinner, but I'm always SO hungry when I'm back from work).
3) Go to bed early, because I didn't get enough sleep yesterday.

We haven't seen it, but my 15 year old boys have downloaded some of the songs to their phones and we sing along in the car!
