I've been on maintenance for 5 mos. We went on a week vacation followed a few days later by a trip for Thanksgiving. I got totally off track and decided to do what my clinic calls a reset. 2 weeks, 5 shakes per day. The first day was rough. I'm on day 3 now and feel like I am getting back in the groove of the program. I still can't believe I did this for 8 mos initially. I think the hardest part is drinking my 4-5 liters of water. I forgot how hard it is to drink that much water every single day.

It is great that you did a reset before things got out of control. The first few days will be the hardest, but it will get easier!0

As of this morning I had been on shakes for 4 days and had dropped 6lbs. I really love the initial loss from all shakes even if it is just water weight :-).0
