Let's start the new week afresh. I will be super busy at work but intend to sneak in some 30 minutes of walk. Three more days to our 8th milestone. Buckle up your fitness belts.

I had a successful weekend. Even with holiday related events each day, I was able to stay within my calories and get my exercise done. Wasn't so great on steps, but got back on track again yesterday. My weight is up today, but it's mostly water retention from my TOM. Blah.
Goals today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. P90X: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X0 -
Yes, fresh start new week. Goals for week: DVD M-F morning, 30 mins cardio evenings M&W, boot camp T & T and focus on staying on point for calories and macros.
Today started level 2 of 30 Day Shred.0 -
Great way to start a Monday!
Todays' Goals:
1. Eat to my calorie goal
2. Walk at lunch as well as strength training tonight
I also heard it's very important to start your Monday strong as that sets up your week. If you make excuses today, you'll more likely to make excuses all week! So no more excuses today!!0 -

This week's going to be a tough one for me. Today's goals:
- 10 glasses of water before leaving office
- At least a 2.5k run after work
- Stay under calories, don't eat back exercise calories0
