I just hit 5 weeks out last Thursday. I have lost 26.5 lbs. since surgery and I'm excited everyday! LOL! I hit a stall at three weeks out that lasted ten days so I had to stay away from the scale and now I've lost 5 lbs. since. Trying really hard to use the scale just once a week and not always succeeding, but that's okay. I know I've lost inches all over my frame and three inches off my waist alone. It all feels pretty wonderful to me.0

Ah yes... the early days.... they are a JOY as the weight just rolls off!! And it keeps happening as the months pass as long as you stick to your guidelines and take good care of you--- so keep choosing you and watch yourself steadily shrink!0
