I have noticed a problem waiting for my fitbit to sync to my laptop....I put the dongle thing in and sometimes I sit here well over 30 minutes waiting for it to sync,.....is there anything I can do to move it along?

Double-click on the Fitbit Connect icon in your system tray.
Click Sync Now.

I cannot find anything that says sync now0

It should be in the tray. By the time and on the other side from the start button for Windows. My shows as a blue icon next to the sound button. You can also find the connect program using the start button0

As mentioned, but just to back up. The System Tray is where your time is, and icons of programs basically running in the background. Windows will auto-hide infrequently used ones, so it may not be visible without showing all icons.
Hover over it, it says Fitbit Connect.
You need a program running on your computer to use that hardware you plugged in to the USB port. Nothing on the Fitbit website is going to help with this basic function.0 -
I found it! Thank you so much for the help!!0
