Happy to be part of this group again - and December will hopefully be a momentous month for me. My goal is to reach Onederland in 2014, marking a total of 60lbs lost since April 2nd, 2014.
I think starting 2015 with a whole different number in front of my weight, one I haven't seen since 2009 will give me the motivation to hit a healthy weight (169.8) in 2015.0 -

Not the best, since I was down to 203.2 during the week. Need to focus hard this week, I know it's just going to get harder the closer we get to Christmas.0 -
Not too worried how this months pans out, I'm sure I'll probably put a few lbs on over the christmas period but I'll keep up with my workouts to try to minimise the damage. Hope you all have a great month.

Good weigh-in yesterday morning, but made some not-great food choices throughout the day, and today I'm definitely holding onto some water weight. Need to push through - Onederland is within sight!0 -

Feel I'm definitely putting muscle weight on, arms, legs and chest are starting to feel really firm though I don't think I'm ever going to shift this loose skin and flab around my midriff. Planning on having a really good xmas then looking at my food choices in the new year with the intent of having a month or two of eating a lot cleaner, cut out the junk food and look more closely at my macros not with the intention to lose weight as I'm happy were I'm at but more out of curiosity to see what happens with my weight training.
@rezekiel Just wow!!! Just make sure you get lots of fluids in you, ill health can really take it out of you. Take care0 -
I've not been posting my weights, was too ashamed. I really got busy shopping and getting ready for Christmas which was at my house for 21 people. No exercise and a lot of eating out started putting the weight back on. I've taken a couple of those pounds off and will try to see how much more I can lose by the end of the month. I was up to 204.6 on the 22nd, probably higher at some points, this morning was at 201.8. I need to lose 3.2 more to get back to where I was.0

I was all over the place this month with travel and the holidays, but I did it. I hit my goal. Onederland.
Though I'm sure I'm going to pop right back out of it at tonight's party, I know that I'll be right back on track tomorrow morning. The journey's not over yet. See everybody in 2015!
