Monday's are usually pretty quick and fun.
We have been so lucky here in WI, the mild winter allowed for lots of nature walks last week. I am feeling rather tired and sure could use a resting day.
For today, my plan is to rest my feet, drink lots of water, eat good and resist the temptation to blast my progress pictures everywhere. :)

    I too am having an off day. Got through my work out but it was not pretty. Today I will concentrate on eating well, drinking my water, getting a little time on the treadmill this evening and a good night sleep.

    I wasn't feeling too great last night, but feeling better this morning. Hopefully, it stays that way...

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. P90X: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

    Yesterday was a bad-food-decisions day for me, so I'm trying to make up for it today with lots of water and a 5k run during lunch. Hopefully the scale will be friendlier tomorrow morning.
