I am taking a chewable multivitamin that upsets my stomach terribly. I take it with some yoghurt to be able to choke it down. I just can't stand the grape taste. My dr wants me to take a chewable for 6 months. Since surgery I get nauseous from sweet tastes. Any suggestions for a better chewable?

What about something in gummy form?
I have a hard time swallowing pills...they either get stuck in my throat or the chalkiness/taste can make me gag (sometimes even the smell can revolting).0 -
I use the Opurity bariatric optimized chewable vitamin and I only have to take one daily. It does not hurt my stomach and although I don't love the taste, I have gotten used to it (not sweet or too chalky). My surgeon doesn't like the gummy or candy-like vitamins because of their carb content. Otherwise, I would use them because they taste a lot better.0

Thanks. My dr doesn't want me to take tummies either.0
