    I know it is only the 9th day but I weighed at my local slimming club today so I shall pretend it is the 10th day.
    Really pleased at my progress. Now ready for Christmas!

    After weeks of small to no weight loss, I guess I finally experienced the *woosh* everyone talks about! I'm almost to my first mini-goal!

    GOALS: To obviously lose weight but also gain more confidence. I have struggled with eating the right amount for years and some medication I was on recently made that even more difficult so now I'm trying to get healthy again, I have 10lb to lose until I'm in the healthy BMI range so my goal is to not give up now, I've lost 30lbs I can lose some more.
