I've seen beach body referenced here on MFP a lot, what programs or dvds have worked for you?

    I just started Insanity Dec. 1st so I can't comment on it yet. So far so good though.

    I did Insanity last year and lost over 40+lbs, love it!
    Currently doing Hip Hop Abs an am thinking of restarting Insanity
