            Hello, I am excited to have this challenge. Unfortunately I have been restricted from exercising until April (I hope) due to a back surgery... I would like to think that is possible to lose 20lbs without exercise by counting calories, but I will just have to be happy with any weight loss because no matter what this will be a positive change!
