I struggled greatly through the holidays! I am not happy at all about posting my weight this time but this is a reminder to me of what not to do. I can't get off track ! On a positive note I am back on track and I look forward to the 30 day weigh in!

    Nothing lost at all this week. And I can't blame it on the holidays or on hormones. I stuck to my plan to the letter. Well, I knew my body was resistant to losing weight. That's why I chose a pretty modest goal. I just have to stick with it. One pound at a time. And at least the scale didn't go backwards!

    The holidays were rough so I was real late, but I went back in my reports and picked up my weight from day 20. I'll try to remember to post on day 30. I'm not actually trying to lose a lot right now, but I'm definitely not training to gain... :)~

    Back from vacation and ready to get back to my normal eating again.

    Not too bad weigh in considering what I ate over vacation. I guessed right that I didn't have a scale. That drove me nuts not being able to weigh myself daily. My focus the next ten days is getting back to business with healthier eating and exercise. I'm looking forward to it. I like this new lifestyle and I'm so ready to keep going. I'm hoping, but won't beat myself up over it, for a 4 lb loss in the next 11 days because it would put me at a 50 lb loss overall for my bday. :) either way, I hope to hit that 50lb loss this month. It will feel so good; I'm getting so close.
