fitbit charge

I'm new to fitbit, but I went into mfp to connect with fitbit. It says its connected, and it says it synced, but no data shows up. Help?

    Unless you enable negative calorie adjustments in your diary settings http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings you won't see anything until you burn more calories than your activity level.

    And there can be up to a 20-minute time lag, depending on how busy MFP's servers are. Is MFP sending your aggregate meal data & water to Fitbit?

    I'm also new to fitbit. MFP says I went over -55 cals today but my fitbit is saying 301 cals over..help?

    Fitbit prorates your calories by time of day—and goes way below 1,200 calories per day. Follow your MFP calorie goal and ignore Fitbit's.
