Im so tired today. Had fun with friends on New Years Eve and didnt get home till almost 6am. Then yesterday went up to CT for the day (2hr drive) and didnt get home till midnight and bed till almost 2am. It was worth it but today Im dragging. Hope everyone had a great start to 2015. I really need to get back on track

Todays goals.
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Make healthy choices (the past few days I have been eating such junk)
3. Skip the dessert at my brothers 30th tonight

    I've got a good start on my goals today.

    1. Drink 10 glasses of water.
    2. Eat only my prescheduled foods.
    3. Find someplace to walk indoors.
    4. Take something of my ex's back to him when I drop the boys off tonight.

    I have a "One Item a Day" de-cluttering goal for 2015, and his stuff getting out is even better than one of my items getting donated!

    I have had a good 2 days and don't want to stop now. I have gained backed 25 pounds since givinng up and not caring but I am back. My hubby leaves in a month and I need to get back on the wagon before he leaves for a year so my goals for today where to get up and get on the treadmil which i did. drink water I did log everything i did. so far a great 2 days I am looking forward to more.

    I started my new years yesterday with my 30 day abs and a short run. Also made sure to get all my water in. now to see how today goes
