    I used to go rock climbing from the age of about 10 until I was around 21... not done it in a few years since but I'd love to get back into it!

    Ah you definitely should! I've noticed a huge improvement in core strength since getting into it, and cured my fear of heights :)

    I've always wanted to try rock climbing but have no idea where to start! I'm a full time student at the moment so I don't have the cash spare to do a course or anything :(
