    I will be finishing up Gamma this week.....I wonder if this group is active any more?

    It seems to have died a death. Shame. Oh well we have stuck it through to the end. What are you going to do next?

    Liking Gamma so far. I still have a heel problem which is a shame but it doesn't limit me too much. Lots of weights stuff in gamma which I am doing with my new 10lb weights.
