I'm fairly new to my flex also. I am a 38 year old mom of two little ones. I have about 60 lbs to lose. My goal is 10k steps per day... Sometimes I make it, sometimes I don't.

Go to fitbit.com and log in
To the top right click on your picture (or an empty head if you haven't uploaded a pic)
The next page should have a link (top of the page in the middle) it says public URL with your link next to it

Been using my Flex for nearly a year. You can find me at www.fitbit.com/user/23LGMM. Thought you might be interested to know that there is a company in China making replacement Fitbit bands. I bought one for around $3 and I LOVE it! QDI is who I bought it from. It took a week or two to get it. I bought a black band with white polka dots. There is also an Etsy seller who is making super cute real bracelets that hold the Flex, but I haven't wanted to spend that much yet ($30 and up). I also saw nice replacement bands at Brookstone.0
