Hi I am Karen and have struggled my whole life, I got on the scale yesterday and I am at my highest weight ever, not even when I was pregnant did I weigh this, I wanted to cry but today is a new day. My starting weight is 250lbs it almost made me sick to write it down.0

really struggling! I have been really heavy before and a pound gain freaks me out! I am up about 12 pounds in 8 months! I do NOT know why!! Maybe I am not being as honest as I think I am when I think about what I am eating! Weighed this morn--162.2----my other goal is to cut back to 2 diet sodas a week AND NO peanut butter! Looking back on this past year, I have probably purchased more pb than ever before! I do have 3 kids but I am thinking THIS was ME! Let's do this!0

Dude! Have you ever heard of PB2? It's powdered peanut butter, 45 calories per 2 tbsp and to me, cures my PB craving. Check it out!0 -

I need to lose my belly...where the danger fat lives., among other places. I want to be 10 pounds lighter for my birthday next month as a gift to me and this is just the group that can help me get there. Then, my next goal is to be another 10 pounds lighter for my annual checkup in May (very do-able). Weighed 166.2 this morning. Let's go!0

Hi everyone! Excited about this. I'm 164.8 as of yesterday. That's 10 lbs higher than 3 months post-partum with my second child over three years ago. Feeling lousy about that. Time to kick my own butt again! Thanks for the motivation. My target weight is 155.0
