    My plan is to get back to exercising and finish the INSANITY program.

    I am on day 53 of 63.

    Also plan to be more diligent with my food and my MFP food diary. During the holidays my MFP food diary was not always kept up like before the holidays.

    Really trying to look at things differently this year and hoping for better results. I've learned that I get competitive and set myself up for failure by comparing my success with others. Unfortunately its that all or nothing mentality and I end up quitting.

    This year I'm keeping it simple, eating less processed food and exercising on a regular basis. No numeric goals this year just Healthy Living!

    I want to lose 70 LBS, exercise daily, eat healthier and give up soda :) I have an all or nothing mentality so I also want to work on that

    I plan on losing 50lbs this year, I hope to do this by making better food choices, more balanced meals, and getting the fitbit flex to buzz daily that my step goal has been reached.
    I plan on increasing my step goal, which is at a very pathetic 3000 right now (desk job) by 250 steps each week, weighing in each wednesday, and taking measurements monthly because I know if the scale doesn't move, there might be changes elsewhere

    I also plan to be more diligent with my MFP food diary. During the holidays my tracking went to south and it shows on the scale. For exercise I want to repeat C25K and see if i can get a bit faster. Have been considering joining curves. For food I want to start planning ahead for the week.. Maybe doing some freezer crock pot recipes so I can start it in the morning and have dinner ready at end of day without having to think about what to make and then settling on something fast and unhealthy.

    I am aiming to take at least 10,000 steps a day
    I will NOT get take out and we will dine out as a family once once a week.
    I will consume more vegetables every day.
    I will limit myself to 1 diet coke a day/

    My plan is to lose 20 pounds this year to hit my ideal weight. And i'll do this through continued food control while working towards a half-marathon race by end of summer.
