Does anyone keep a log on which type of exercise, length of exercise and intensity that cause flare ups and/or how long it takes to recover?
Has anyone seen any improvement?

I am still working on this. I have an elliptical in my home, so I do do that often. I notice I feel GREAT while doing it, but afterwards, I pay for it for like 3 days. I go into a HUGE flare EVERY time! I am so upset. I know they say the best thing for fibro is exercise, and I WANT to believe it. I always say " I will stay faithful for 6 weeks so I can see if this will really help" but every time I can't (or don't) bc I hurt so bad. I do like to do pilates/yoga type exercises bc stretching feels so good, but that doesnt burn very many calories. What does everyone else do?0

There is a Fitness with Fibromyalgia group that has been going for some time now, I'm on it. You might like to join it too: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1937-fitness-with-fibromyalgia0
