I am a busy nurse, wife, and mother of a 4 yo and 10 month old. I know I need to find time to exercise, but when??? I work 4 days a week till 6 in the evening. Help!!!

    I know how you feel I work fulltime mon-fri and have a 13,12,11 and 9 month old. sometime I have to wait till they are all in bed and it like 10pm and I do a dvd. or taking long walks with the baby.

    Oh man, I was gonna agree with you but you guys leave me in the dust! I work only 4 hours a day and have a three month old who always seems to be nursing! He has also been waking up every two hours during the night so when I'm not busy with him, or my 8 yo, or my husband, I'm freakin' tired!
