    Awesome! Going to bed early to get in 7-8 hours of sleep helps with the no eating after 9 rule.

    I've been struggling to get to bed early enough to get at least 7 hours of sleep. But I know it will improve my morning workouts. This has been a great way for me to drink more water during the winter.
