For me it was great! After massive gain first weigh in. Guess i didn't understand starting weight/weigh in. Anyway i lost 4.2! am very happy with that and on my way to my goal. Ben an easy 10 days. I do need to fit in more exercise. But I seem to come up with many excuses. So i got the food and water under control. Now for the rest! Good luck everyone!

Yes, good for me as well. I am down 5 lbs. While I know a lot of that is probably water weight from enjoying myself alittle too much ringing in the new year, and the next weigh in might not be as good, it still gives me the motivation to stay on track! Good luck all! :)

I lost a pound, but I know that starting an intense exercise program can work against me at first. I'll be patient and keep at it! Good job to everyone!

Managed two despite going to an Omakase a week ago. No complaints here!

I lost 9.2 but I have been off the healthy eating wagon for a few months so I'm sure its all water weight, still happy to see it gone though :)

Up 2 this week. Ugh..I really have to be diligent with my working out. I think my makeup is that I have to exercise consistently for a change to happen. Hoping for better results next time.

I'm very happy! I'm down 2 for a total of 3 pounds in 20 days. It will be slow, but it will be done! For those of you who gained! Keep going. You can do it! I gained 3 pounds my first 2 weeks (I started before the group)

I'm down 0.5 lb (which is fantastic because I had been up 1lb just 2 days before). The scale can be a fickle thing sometimes when you look at it short term.

I think mine is starting to get a perverse sense of humor about the whole thing.

"What? You've been counting calories? *snicker*
    Working out 90 min/day?
Taking extra long walks in the morning? *chortle*

    WATCH THIS! HAHAHAHA"

I still can't enter from my iPad or iPhone. Could someone enter 195.5 for me for the 1/20 weigh in? Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

That is so funny.....I think that same scale lives in my world too!
