I'm overweight! !

Seems like such an odd thing to celebrate, but this morning I finally fell into the overweight BMI range! I have been some level of obese for so long that I truly believed this would never happen again. I'm so excited!

My other friends thought I was nuts being excited about being over weight but from morbidly obese trough obese to over weight is great. On to BMI normal

Love it! I had my yearly physical in early December with my PCP. He gave me a copy of the report. It was the first time I have ever seen myself described as being Overweight. I posted on here how thrilled I was to be Overweight and how funny it sounds to be happy to be Overweight. I started this at 386 and was "severly morbidly obese" so Overweight feels marvelous to me! Congratulations on reaching the Overweight category and I look forward to watching you continue to shrink.0
