Yeah about two weeks for me.too now. I'm.deadlifting 60kg for 3 reps x 3, ranging from 10 reps at 35kg to 2 reps at 50kg on bench and 10reps at 25kg to 2 reps at 32.5kg on shoulders. My shoulders seem to taper.off real quick. Did thrusters today. AM NOT feeling the love!0

Conventional. My PT is a beast, last week had me do 50 reps at 65kg. Back ached like a *kitten* for 2 days straight0
