goal for month: lose 5 lbs. (though not realistic as the most I usually lose in a month is ~3...but I *really* want to be below 180 at the end of January!).
goal for challenge: 170
ultimate goal: 140
I have 50.01 miles left to walk this month, an average of 3.12/day. Better get crackin'!0 -

1/15-225.8 (only 1 lb loss )
Goal weight for challenge - 179 lbs
Ultimate Goal - 153 lbs

Lost 5 lbs this week Most of it is water weight but weight gone is weight gone for me.
I don't know about you guys but I also took measurements at the beginning of this challenge and planned to remeasure every month.

I measure once a week and saw a 5" loss over 11 different places.
