For those of us that has been doing this for thirty days and those of you who have just joined, Lets increase our progress by getting even more active than when we first started! Let's start logging every week how much we exercise! Maybe we can compete with one another to make it more fun and challenging? We have approximately 70+ days left of our challenge but we can have a 100 day challenge PART II to keep it going :) Ready, Set, GO!!!

  • Sounds like a great plan! I've definitely been slacking exercise wise the past month or two. I especially like the idea of a 100 day challenge part 2 once this 100 day challenge is over! :)

    I generally do just walking, but I'm all for walking more so I can get in more exercise. :)

    I did manage to burn 2237 calories last week which was great but I am aiming for 3500 this week or however many calories I can burn with 300 minutes being my goal.
