My name is Courtney and I am getting married on 10/17/15. So excited, but I have some weight I definitely want to lose before the big day - and before dress shopping! I love a good spin class and my Fitbit, and I'm hoping that with a little extra motivation from this group I can get those pounds off!

Hello! My name is Tiffany. I'm getting married 10/10/15! I already bought my dress and it fits a little snug in the mid-section
I also want to tighten and tone the rest of my body. I'm hoping between my fitness DVD's, elliptical, and ab lounge I can succeed!
