Hope everyone's having a good weekend!

Hit my goals yesterday even with the birthday party around my food pushers. I think they're finally starting to understand that I have to plan for everything I eat. Also bought a new scale (it was on clearance and syncs automatically to my phone). Going to try it out this morning.

Goals for today:
1. Stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. Run 2 miles

    Good morning everyone!
I'm finally starting to feel better and I'm excited to see what this day brings! I was way over on calories yesterday and I'm as happy as can be to get my appetite and strenght back!
    Let's make this Sunday fabulous!

    GM!
Hit the gym! Working on the areas that are the hardest to lose for me. #move #motivation
Eating good stuff - watching out for those unnecessary foods that usually sneak in somehow - salt/chocolate/sugars etc. so far so good!

Have a great day!!!!!!! You can do it!!!

207 lbs down by the group. You all are awesome. One more day before this group is going private. So, share this with your friends if they like to join before that.

Just knowing we are altogether down 207 is a great feeling and keeps me motivated to push forward. Never been so focused on this. It feels great!

Note to self...gotta make sure I eat breakfast before church! I ran out of time, ran out the door, ran into church and right there to tempt me were Krispy Kreme donuts! I grabbed one determined not to feel guilty. Then after church I was so hungry! Let's just say that not having my normal, healthy, high protein breakfast definitely set me on a bad course mentally. I have eaten more today already and although I'm going to log it all, I'm a bit nervous to see the outcome.
Not going to beat myself up about it though. I actually think it's good to have this hiccup in my plan so I can see where potential pitfalls are.

As I head into the evening, I am going to fill up my water cup, take a nap, and go back to church. Then I am planning to have a healthy salad for dinner. I refuse to let the bad choices I made at lunch, carry over.
