I've realized that time FLIES when using an predetermined interval workout on the elliptical. Because you have short 1 to 5 minute bursts, it feels like you're hitting a lot of small goals and keeps motivation the whole way through. I've listed a few links for interval workouts, please feel free to post your own!

Thank you for posting this! (*) I am truly a lifelong fan of the Elliptical! <3 It is the tried and true way to reduce the 'jiggle in the middle'. I will definately add the suggestions from the first and last postings of "The Little Honeybee" and "Getting My Healthy On". Both reccomend two minutes hi/lo intervals in a 30 minute elliptical workout, and some 'doubling down' which is my weight maintainence [and loss] over the holidays. B)
