1 week challenge

I was thinking ladies together we could take part in a one week challenge. Whether it be you don't weigh yourself for a week or you weigh yourself every day of the week. Drink 8 glasses of water a day or stay away from the coffee for a week. Do 10 star jumps a day or 10 sit ups a day.

We can have a group challenge together then an individual one we set ourselves.

Feel free to discuss your ideas for a group challenge and we will pick a challenge for this week.

If you wish to message me with any ideas then please feel free.

    That would be Awesome I like the 10 squats a day; I keep putting off my squats so this is great. I’m going to do 10 squats and 10 leg raises each day starting today! 1/26/15
  • I will join you in this starting today. 27/01/2015.
    I'm also going to have a packet of crisps every other day as I have a tendency to have a packet a day at a minimum.
