calcium on nutrition table

Nutrition table despite eating what I consider to be a good amount of calcium the table says I still need only eat about 5% ever despite having 3 portions of calcium rich food am a little confused by this any suggestions welcome

You need around 1,000mg of calcium per day. Just check what people have put on their foods as often g/mg are confused. You also need vitamin D to enable the calcium to be absorbed which can be found in oily fish and you get it from exposure to the sun.0

I also think some of the foods stored on the database do not have all the nutrient information, so make sure the foods you're logging show vit D, C etc in the table...0

The majority of entries are user generated and the less mainstream nutrients are often blank - a lot of food labelling isn't going to include calcium even if people were diligent and accurate about adding everything they can.
That's quite apart from the totally inept and ludicrous entries like protein free chicken!
Choose your entries carefully.
