    Hi, currently living in Braintree, trying to lose all the weight ive put on since pregnancy 4 years ago. So have around 3 stone to lose :)

    I did the Couch to 5k plan last year after have never run in my life before. Run regularly now & next week doing the Cancer Research London 10k along the embankment. Can't wait - excited but very nervous too !

    Hi All, Mouse here from Colchester. Mother of 2, turning 40 this year. Got about 2.5-3stone to lose (depening on what weight I was when I passed out on the scales, I was wearing my 20-hole DM's at the time so they probably add a few pounds ;) )!!
