    Not me! My problem isn't a lack of knowledge; it's a lack of will power. I could lead these tours; I am an expert on healthy eating. I just don't follow my own advice! Also, I hate Stop 'n' Shop & Big Y. I only shop at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and local stores like River Valley Market, Atkin's Farm, etc. Call me a food snob but I would only go in there if I needed something like a big bottle of white vinegar for cleaning, not for anything edible.

    Looks like we have Lee, Katherine, Darren, Amanda, and Sara the first time around! We'll meet at 2:30, right at the curbside pick-up, or just inside the door on the left of the building. See you all there!
