Hi all,
I am new here and looking for some encouragement. I am on day 4 of my pre-op diet, and I am scheduled to have surgery on February 10th.
I am really excited and looking forward to a healthier life. I could use some supportive friends to chat with.

Hi there! Welcome!!! How are you finding your preop diet?
I had my surgery June 24, so i'm 7 months out and everything is great! No regrets!

My pre-op diet is going well. I have felt hungry but I am pushing through it. I'm glad to here your doing awesome dsjsmom23! It definitely encouraging to here.
I have also found the posts here to be very informative klcovington. It does help me to see what to expect.0 -
