    Feeling Happy today. Friday is what I consider the end of the week. Lost 3 lbs and that makes me every excited. This is my first week thought. I gave up soda and fast food, and increased my water intake dramatically for me. Now to keep the momentum going I plan on trying to get a good work out in 4 nights a week. I do the insanity videos from home, but I am thinking about starting Zumba, that's if I can convince my husband that me leaving him alone with the baby a couple night a week is a good thing, he already does so much. We switch off nights. and he would have to take an extra night each week
