Happy Saturday everybody. Heading up the Chicago area for my class and some range time with a friend of mine. Going to do my best on the eating but we'll see how it goes. Made a smoothie for the trip and have some veggies and nuts, if I need them later.
Heron, the only way I'm going to 'build a booty' is with implants! LOL! Oh and thank you.
Mark, I've got my cameras ready to go, so we'll see what kind of footage from the class I get. Of course I'll keep out the embarrassing moments.0 -
Happy Saturday Folks! Hope all is well with all of you. well All Fitbit goals have been met for the week already, thanks to the Fitbit Challenge, HRV this morning was 112 and I was given an over training caution warning. So looks like a light day today. Have to work tomorrow so will deload this week on my heavy lifts. Got some toys in the mail to put together today, so lots to do.
Jen Have fun at training and Chi town. Enjoy the day. Great Job on the Fitbit Challenge.
Carol - Had fun with the Fitbit Challenge. What's Next?
Well today starts the 15th day Tobacco Free. My metabolism is still in revolt. I was hoping I would feel a bit better by now, but Oh well. The decision has been made and there is no going back. This kind of change is like doing a para jump, once you exit the Aircraft it's not about going back, it's about how much is the landing gonna hurt.0 -
Heron,
I don't track my measurements anymore just because I could never remember where I wrote them down...
Ran 1000m today. 7 rounds with 3:00 rests. They are hard because its just an odd distance that you're not used to measuring in so pacing was interesting. Kept trying to pace for an 800 but would get a little tired.
Times were:
4:26
4:40
4:44
4:45
4:36
4:39
4:45
Plus an 800m cool down. We were right at talking pace...and it was cold. Rainy and wet and cold. My hands are still trying to warm up so typing is rough haha.0
