I'll be posting this week's lunch meal plan that I follow here in a bit on Google Drive, just a heads up!0

One of my favorite lunches is Hawaiian "Pizza".
1 lite English muffin
2 T pizza sauce
2 T chopped, canned pineapple
2T shredded cheese
2 slices deli ham
Toast the muffin, spread with pizza sauce and layer the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Works great in a toaster oven.0 -
Oooh, that sounds delicious Bobbie!0

It really is good, Monica!0

Ok, it's a work in progress right now, I still haven't finished Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, but it'll give whoever is interested an idea. Most of these can be prepared beforehand, which makes it really easy. I use these these for my lunch boxes - and I love them. Very sturdy and can be thrown into the dishwasher, and the containers are the perfect size.
Lunch Plan for 2/1-2/7
Once I'm done with that I'll start on a shopping list.0 -

I love this chili. I add some more spices than it calls for, but this is a good place to start. My husband is super picky about his chili, and he shocked me when he asked if I would make this again.

Love these, too. I also don't really follow the recipe exactly, but it would probably be good as is.

I loooove quinoa stuffed bell peppers. Something so yummy about the crunchiness and softness and quinoa is probably my favorite grain. It absorbs flavor magnificently! Thanks for the recipes!0

I made some light blue cheese dressing tonight to dip my baked wings in. It was quite yummy! I only ate 5 wings. It was hard stopping because I love them so much!0

Those recipes look good! Last summer I made a bunch of different flavors of the refrigerator oatmeal. It was really yummy. I'll have to make it again.0 -
I have been super slacking at following this meal plan I made this week I've gotten sick and the only thing I've been able to force myself to make is instant oatmeal and pb&j's! Hopefully I'll make some sick sick-loses optimism0
