Half way through our challenge and I never thought I would make it this far. I have accomplished my main goal so far and that was to NOT QUIT!!! I have hit some bumps along the way but I haven't quit and I have gotten back on track. I am so excited about where this journey has taken me. I haven't lost a lot of weight yet but I will! I thought I would be in 150's by now but I will get there. I just hope that by day 70 I am at least 153lbs.
It doesn't look like I am going to get to 130's by day 100 but my main goal was to keep going. I wanted to do this to encourage all of us to keep going and not give up!

Too bad ten days couldn't have fallen 2-3 days ago when I was 2 pounds lighter! I'm still confident that I can lose another 4.5 pounds in the next 50 days.

Check-in: I've done great with my goal of consistency in terms of eating. I haven't done so great with exercise. But I'm trying to work on that in the second half of the challenge. I am even on track to get to my weight goal of being in the 130s. Slow is better than nothing. And even nothing lost is better than gaining.
