HELP! SCHOOL DANCE!

Hey everyone! This Saturday is my school dance. I want to lose 5-10lbs before the dance though! Do you have any tips (For how to lose the weight fast/look amazing)! My two recent ex-boyfriends are going to be there and I want them to so me and be like "wow." Please HELP! :#

    And there is nothing you can do except stop eating high-sodium processed foods (which will take off a teensy amount of stomach bloat). Nothing. Even if you crash diet (do not crash diet!) you are not going to lose the weight you want to lose.

    Go. Have a great time with your friends. Maybe buy some spanx if you want to, but who cares what your exes think? You kicked them to the curb for a reason, right?

    There is absolutely nothing you can do to lose 5-10 pounds in 5 days. I would suggest cutting out any processed foods and eat healthy and drink plenty of water until then. You might lose a pound, but not much more than that.
    Like the previous person said, go to the dance and have a great time with your friends. Who cares what your exes think?

    As others have said, you can't really lose that much weight in so few days...
    Of course you can still eat next to nothing for a few days (drink coffees to help coping with the loss of energy).

    But doing that for longer than a few days is pointless as you will binge/lose energy/mess with your metabolism.

    And since you are supposed to drink 2 litres of water a day, do not drink much water the last 24 hours for extra "fake weight loss".


    Yeah, and you shouldn't care about impressing your ex. That's the most pathetic thing you can do with your life. You should move on really.
