So I didn't think the squats were too terrible, although I was breaking out into a sweat from the arm weights I added LOL. Then about an hour later I realized I had jello legs! I am a little sore today. woo hoo that means IT'S WORKING!!!0

I love that you're using arm weights with your squats for a double work out I might try that on monday when we do 70-eek!0
