Hey crvygrl... Understood.... it's easy to disconnect, drop back and fly under the radar... It won't get you what you want... but it is easy!

That a small drop for me... considering the week I had I'm surprised I didn't gain so I'll take it!
I think I'm going to coast thru March and clear the slate of obstacles, then refocus and recommit to a regular routine for April... will see.0 -

I had a really good week when I lost the 4lbs . I am still trying to find out where I went wrong. This is super hard but I love the challange . I am always on the scale and reading about sucess stories of others. I know if they can do this I can do this.

Wow, I've slacked off so much these past 2 weeks and can't believe I improved over last week.
Again, I'm surprised I didn't gain so I'll take it!
I find that I'm in a place right now where total dedication isn't possible and instead of fighting it this month, I'm going to coast thru March and essentially go into maintenance mode.
My focus is to crank it back up when April gets here with my regular routine.0 -

Supermon, You are right! you can do it too! Keep you focus strong and watch those meals.. You've been doing much better controlling your intake and choices!
