Good morning everyone! Don't forget that we have our third milestone day tomorrow. If you haven't updated your weight since milestone 2, please do so either today or tomorrow.
I hit my goals yesterday. It was a pretty relaxing day for us.
My goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. swim

I've been waiting for today all week long
total rest day!!!!! Lots of protein, water, cleaning, play and rest.

Goals today are to try and get my steps, drink my water and no go over to much on my calories.0

I will be over today we are having family over for dinner, my little granddaughter
And celebrating my son in laws birthday. But I had a good workout this morning and yesterday. I was over most of the weekend but still worked out so I don't feel too badly. Back on track tomorrow 0 -

I love this group. You guys always make me smile!
I didn't set any goals today and as a result didn't meet any, but I'm not too upset with myself because I did almost 2 hours of physical activity yesterday. Today was a lazy day, I even took a nap after church. Around 4 I finally got up off the couch, went to the store, and took my 3 mile walk. Tomorrow I will set goals and meet them.
