Working mom new to mfp, in need of some support

Hi all! I'm new to the tracking/support weight loss and exercise program. It has gotten harder to keep in shape as I've aged. Just looking for some motivation from fellow moms on how to fit in "me time" with an already full schedule.

Feel free to add me as a friend. I have two little ones, and between work and lack of sleep (from a baby who doesn't like to sleep), I find it so hard to fit in exercise. I recently started tracking food on MFP and I'm looking for support and encouragement in diet and exercise to stay motivated! Some MFP friends have suggested squeezing in short workouts, exercising with the kids, or trying to get up early to fit the workout in before the day starts. Hopefully we can all find a solution that we can continue regularly!0
