Challenge not updating

I challenge all my fitbit friends to challenges all the time but my challenge numbers won't n update, I walked 12,000 or so steps yesterday and it only counted 2,000? I've logged in and out but it won't update all the way?

    Mine isn't updating today either. I thought it was just me. Not sure why though.

    The last week or so it seems its tough to get it to update. I have to close and open the phone app a few times to get it to update. Not sure what's going on. But wow, that sucks if you put in 12,000 steps and you only got credit for 2000. Must be super frustrating :(
