exercise not showing on mfp

So got done with my workout couple hours ago and it still hasn't updated on mfp. Is there a certain time period when it updates?

    It doesn't. No exercise comes over.

    Daily calorie burn comes over. MFP corrects itself to that value. Which may or may not include exercise.

    Several threads every day discuss this, just read a few for more details.

    This might be the problem I'm having-calorie burn values from fitbit not showing on MFP yet

    Confirm negative adjustments is enabled.

    You could have MFP activity level set so high, that the Fitbit daily burn is less, so you'd never see an adjustment.

    the calorie adjustment is what I was talking about. I just enabled the negative adjustments so hopefully it works
